Terms of Use

Ground rules for using Consordo responsibly.

These terms explain account responsibilities, family administration, optional integrations, billing and acceptable use.

Effective: 18 July 2026

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Consordo, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials and notify support if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by Consordo's own failure.

3. Family workspaces

Family administrators decide who may join a family and what role each member receives. Only add people and child information that you are authorized to manage. Do not use another family's information without permission.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization or family isolation.
  • Do not upload malicious content or disrupt the service.
  • Do not use Consordo to infringe rights, harass others or break applicable law.
  • Do not misuse connected Google, Microsoft or other third-party accounts.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans, trials, renewals, cancellation rules and taxes are shown during billing. Payment processing may be performed by a third-party payment provider. Access to paid functionality may stop when a subscription expires or payment fails.

7. Your content

You retain rights in content you enter. You grant Consordo the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content to operate the service and share it with authorized family members according to your settings.

8. Availability and changes

Consordo may change, improve, suspend or discontinue functionality. Reasonable efforts are made to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

9. Account suspension

Access may be limited or terminated when necessary for security, legal compliance, unpaid services, abuse or a material violation of these terms. You may delete your account using the Data Deletion page.

10. Liability

Consordo is a planning and organization tool. It is not professional financial, medical, legal, safety or emergency advice. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law, subject to mandatory consumer protections and any rights you have in your country of residence.
