Information is used to provide the household features you choose.
Consordo does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Family-owned data is protected by membership and role checks.
You can revoke Google access or request deletion.
1. Who operates Consordo?
Consordo is an independent household-management application operated by Kristof Van Moorter in Belgium.
Privacy and deletion requests can be submitted through the Support page, the Data Deletion page, or by email to kristofvanmoorter@hotmail.com.
2. Data Consordo may process
Account and identity data
Name, email address, account identifier, authentication provider, account roles, language preference, approval status and sign-in information.
Household data
Family memberships and invitations, child profile names and preferences, chores, rewards, calendars, meals, shopping lists, inventory, stock, stores, budgets and other content entered by authorized household members.
Billing data
Subscription status, plan, billing identifiers and payment-related status. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Consordo.
Feedback and diagnostics
Feedback messages, page URL, request path, user agent, timestamps, family context, technical exceptions and diagnostic information used to investigate problems.
Essential cookies and browser storage
Authentication cookies and browser storage needed for security, selected-family preferences, language settings and normal app operation.
3. Google Calendar data
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. Google displays its consent screen before Consordo receives access.
Information accessed
- Google account email address and basic profile information used to identify the connection.
- Calendar-list metadata: calendar identifier, name, colour, primary status and access role.
- For selected calendars: event identifier, title, start, end and all-day status.
- OAuth access token, refresh token, scopes and expiration information needed to maintain access.
- Watch-channel identifiers, resource identifiers, verification tokens and expiration data used for calendar-change notifications.
Actions performed only through user-facing features
- Display events from calendars you select.
- Share a selected calendar with your Consordo family only when family sharing is enabled.
- Create an event in a writable calendar when you explicitly save it to Google Calendar.
- Delete a Google event when you explicitly choose the delete action.
- Refresh displayed calendar information after a Google change notification.
Requested permissions
| Permission | Purpose |
|---|---|
openid, profile and email | Identify the Google account connected to Consordo. |
calendar.calendarlist.readonly | Show available calendars and their write capability so you can choose which calendars to use. |
calendar.events | Read selected events and create or delete events through explicit Consordo actions. |
Google Limited Use
Consordo's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy โ, including its Limited Use requirements.
Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, used to determine creditworthiness or used for unrelated profiling.
4. How personal data is used
- Provide, personalize and maintain household-management features.
- Authenticate users, enforce roles and keep family data isolated.
- Synchronize selected external calendars and carry out requested calendar actions.
- Process subscriptions and maintain billing status.
- Send service, invitation, security or operational messages.
- Detect faults, investigate abuse and improve reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce the Terms of Use.
5. Legal bases
Where the GDPR applies, processing may be based on performance of a contract, consent for optional integrations, legitimate interests in securing and improving Consordo, or a legal obligation.
You can withdraw consent for Google Calendar by revoking access and requesting removal of the stored connection. See Data Deletion.
6. Sharing and disclosure
Consordo does not sell personal data or Google user data.
- Within your household: information you choose to share may be visible to authorized members of the selected family.
- Service providers: hosting, database, email, authentication, payment and infrastructure providers process only information needed for their service.
- Connected providers: data is exchanged with Google, Microsoft or other integrations only for the requested feature.
- Security and law: disclosure may occur to prevent abuse, protect users or comply with valid legal requirements.
7. Retention and deletion
Account and household data is retained while it is needed to provide Consordo and only as long afterward as reasonably necessary for security, backups, disputes and legal obligations.
Google event content is normally retrieved when a calendar is displayed rather than retained as a permanent Consordo copy. Consordo stores the connection, OAuth tokens, selected-calendar metadata, sharing choices and webhook metadata needed for the integration.
Use the Data Deletion page for Google revocation, account deletion and manual deletion requests. Signed-in users can also visit Personal Data.
8. Security
Consordo uses HTTPS in production, authenticated access, role-based authorization, family-level data isolation, server-side OAuth-token handling, restricted hosting and database access, validation, audit controls and security updates.
OAuth tokens are not intentionally exposed to household members or sent to the browser for direct use. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's and family data
A parent, guardian or authorized adult may create child profiles and manage chores or rewards. Child profiles are not intended to let children independently authorize Google access or enter into a service agreement.
10. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent.
11. Contact
For privacy questions, Google Calendar deletion, access requests or corrections, contact kristofvanmoorter@hotmail.com.
Include the email address used for Consordo and explain whether the request concerns your account, a family or a Google Calendar connection. Never send your password or OAuth token.
